Normally I'm not one for making stamps, but this is one of my favorite quotes from Oblivion, and the other day it just occurred to me to make it into a stamp. So I did!

Thanks to :iconroguebfl: for the stamp template; it made this take a lot less time.

Yeah, he's kinda annoying at first, but he has some of the best, if not a little blunt, quotes in the game.

I probably wouldn't want to work with him IRL.

He's in the Arena blood works, in the Imperial city. Fast travel to the arena district, go forward to the chest right in front of you; turn left and go into the door. Go down the stairs, and he's in the room on the left. Owyn is his name. :D

You have to hit rumors just after you join; he's attitude toward you changes later on, so he doesn't say it anymore.
